Holly Holy Day Larger Banner

For over 40 years the faithful troops of The Sealed Knot have gathered in the historic town of Nantwich, Cheshire to re-enact the bloody battle that took place almost 400 years ago and marked the end of the long and painful siege of the town.

With the 2015 battle re-enactment now successfully completed, the Holly Holy Day Society is already beginning to look towards the 2016 event, which will take place on Saturday 23 January 2016.

For an update on expected weather conditions for the 2016 event, please check our press release page.

We look forward, once again, to welcoming visitors from throughout the country, who each year brave the elements to watch another spectacular re-enactment courtesy of the dedicated troops from the Sealed Knot.

We are pleased to announce that Applewood Independent have agreed to be our main sponsor for the 2016 event. We are immensely grateful to them for their support. To find out more about our main sponsor, please visit their website by clicking on the banner ad at the top of this page.

See you all again in January !
